Remove name linked to account

    Hi,

    I have moved house and I would like to remove my name from the account on the old house. But I also want to make sure that I get the refunds for the old house, as I paid the charges.

    Can you please advise me on what I should do?

    If you PM the following details, we can look into this for you:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder
