Hi I am working at the moment and signing on using X and O dockets. My problem is over the last 25 weeks(Jan to end of June) I got payed for 15 weeks mainly 2 or sometimes 3 days work mainly 12 hour day or night shifts which amounted to net income of 5498.85 in including holiday pay. The DSP has now assed my daily means as 94.00e for every day I work which means when I am on a daily shift 8 hours I gross 105e with travel and tax i am showing a negative.

I went in to the DSP office and explained I wanted to work but working for a loss does not make sense. I was told thats the system come back if my means change greatly and they will look at it again.I have already turned down two 3 hour shifts this week so am scared of being not called for work due to this. Is there anything I can do about this or am i stuck ? I don't want to stop working.
