    Hi, I have just purchased a bundle with eir , Home phone modem included , I just bought a phone and connected it but nothing is happening, I did not get any info from eir on this , Any help would be great .

    Are you connecting the phone to the main phone socket or the modem?

    Remove everything but the phone, direct to the main socket(hallway most likely), try dialling 199000. If that fails then the line was previously setup for broadband only and will require the technicians to visit the exchange and restore service.
