Wicklow/Dublin granite boundary wall and paving

I'd like to build a granite wall out the back in local granite. I'm thinking of something like:

    or like this:

    or like this:

The style in this link looks less natural to me. I've a few questions.

    1. Where do people get/buy this stone in the Dublin/Wicklow area? I know there are several quarries, but is there any place in particular where members of the public can go and choose the stone?

    2. Would there be anything wrong with this sort of granite? The price looks very cheap so I'm wondering why.

    3. More significantly, what is the difference between Dublin/Wicklow granite and the foreign (overwhelmingly Chinese, it seems) granite which dominates most of (all?) the granite paving suppliers in the Dublin area? Would the difference between both be obvious? I'll be using granite cobblestones/setts for paving on the front and granite slabs on the back patio. Is there any company which does such paving in Wicklow/Dublin granite to match the stone wall?
