wet room for the disabled

    putting up one of these for out gran who severely disabled, there is a grant going at present, anyone know much on the paperwork especially the tax clearance part where she has to obtain a certificate from revenue

    I've done a few of these lately.
    Bear in mind the room has to be done to the council inspectors specification.
    Do you have to have a drawing prepared or an OT report?

    Your gran call call revenue and they give you an access number that allows people to check online that she is tax compliant. There are no paper TC certs issued any more.

    She also has to provide proof of property tax been paid and will require proof of income (pension receipt).
