Best place to get a suit tailored?

I'm buying a suit online (I know, but it's 65% off) and I want to get it tailored.
What are some good tailors? Can I bring in a suit and get it tailored? or does it look bad not buying the suit in shop?

Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks!

Honest answer got my Thai suit tailored in pressed for time in Oranmore. The lady who does all the alterations is excellent

Haha so I've heard. But I was hoping to go in, get it pinned and tailored.
Don't want to risk it on a language barrier either!

    http://davidyoungbespoketailor.com not cheap though.
Alternatively go to http://www.suitrepublic.ie/ and ask, they have tailors they use.
