Cracks on ceiling

    Hi can anyone recommend a ready made filler to cover ceiling cracks. I'm planning on painting the house in the next two weeks and need to start my prep work soon. Cheers

    Hi, 1. open the crack with the corner of a filler knife. 2.Fill with flexible caulk, and scrape level with ceiling, using a flexible filler blade. 3. Paint ceiling. 4. Fill the crack again, this time with ready mix filler or prepare filler yourself with water. Keep the mixture thick, and again scrape level with ceiling. 5.Paint ceiling again. 6.Then if necessary, use a 4 inch emulsion roller to lay on the ceiling paint if any of the crack is still visible. Crack gone for good!
