Best time to buy a 2014/15 car

Hey peps, what do you recon the best time to but a 151 car would be.
Will there be a glut of these cars in quarter 1 in 2018 thanks to PCP

I'm looking to get a family saloon, I could get a 2014 car now but do you think I will get better choice/better value in Feb/March of next year ?

Na your good thanks, been doing that for the last 10 years and have had my hearth broke with broken clutches/timing belts/gear box etc.

I have a bit of money and can afford to buy a decent car now.

Thanks for your "helpful" comment though

My money would be on a month after the reg dates kick in so Feb 2018 or August 2018, sales of new cars should have cooled somewhat and they will be anxious to clear what they have taken in with returned PCP and trade ins.

If the price of new cars goes up with revised Co2 testing coming in, then that will push the price of used cars up. Demand affects price too, so nothing is a given.
