    Hi there - trying to use my card but its declined. There is money in there etc... not sure why it's declined can you check?

    Please call our customer service desk on 0818 365 365 and an advisor with account access will be able to check your card. 

    If you have lodged a cheque recently please allow 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear as this may affect your avail funds.
