    It's called the domonial system

    They have you over a barrel, sorry there is nothing any of us here or any other alarm company anywhere can do to assist you.

    That is Phonewatch property so best not tinker with it.

    That is the newer system.
    Its locked to P.W. so only they can add devices or make alterations to it.
