Have a attic tank and on there it is at the moment hot on there
held a temp meter onder the cold water tap in the bathroom and is say 25 degrees
Electric shower comes from the tank also and girlfriend wont take a shower is afraid for the legionella bacteria
Says shower water never becomes 65 degrees so possibility of getting it in the bathroom by damp of the shower is a possibility
Do I have to be worried and what to do about it if the danger is there ??
Ask landlord to replace shower with a mains fed one??

are you sure the thank is warm or is it just stationary water heating in the warm weather ?

There should be no risk of legionaires if the water is moving regularly. Do you just the toilets and sinks , dishwasher and washing machine enough ?

water in tank heats up by the heat in the attic no roof or tank isulation
I'm at home and temp in attic is almost 40 degrees now
No water use we are not at home the whole day
Water from tank is only used for toilet sink and shower in bathroom
Dishwasher and washing machine and kitchen sink comes from the main
