    Would anyone know are the any restriction on how close a range can be to other houses? Is the any environmental restriction on the noise level? etc Tia.

    I was loosely involved in a similar type of development 10 years ago. This is not the type of question you will get answered on boards.

    You need to engage an agent to deal with the planners. Work out if it's suitable then apply all the recommended guidelines to the development.
