Hkc mc not working.

Evening all, I was doing a walk test at home and the mc is not working on the down stairs zone. Im getting continuity when opening and closing windows and doors. Ive replace one sensor like for like and still the same problem.

Can you disconnect the cable from that sensor and see if that opens the zone?
