Floor Insulation question

Hi all, renovating an old house, using 100mm insulated boards on walls, similar on ceiling. My question is, I have old concrete floors, 100mm thick, with no insulation. Is there an insulation product that can insulate over the slab, and allow me to lay wooden flooring directly on top, without pouring a screed over the insulation. There seems to be plenty of products in the states(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ax8MZeYFqzI), but not as easy to find here.

    Thanks!

'Aerogel' might be the solution, but it's 90€ a m2 st the moment
