    I was wondering if anyone had taken any of these flights yet?

    We're heading off tomorrow and were wondering what the experience is like on;

    a) checking in

    b) in flight entertainment

    c) transfers to NYC

    d) anything else.

    There's a thread over in Aviation & Aircraft about it. It seems to be v similar to Ryanair in that everything costs extra, which is fine as long as you know that.

    As I understand it, there is pretty much no in flight entertainment, so you'll have to make your own fun. And maybe bring a picnic, but nothing security or US customs will get upset about.

    Transfer to NYC, there is a bus service which seems to connect with the flights. I think it's $20 or so.

    Glenster - how did you get on? Has anyone else tried this route?

    My GF did it recently, have food before the flight, bring sandwiches on board or pay 20 - 30 dollars for a meal, bring a tablet or a good book too.
    She said the flight was perfect, and Stewart airport was so quiet that they breezed through it in minutes, there's a bus connecting to downtown then, you'll need to reserve a seat in advance.
