    Anyone looking to join Eir or considering staying stay clear and save yourself hassle and stress.I am 3 months waiting for the broadband to be fixed. Call every day to get different information. They all say they will call back and never do. It's without doubt the worst service I have ever had.
    It will cause you nothing but problems if you join Eir. I'm paying for a service that does not work.

    Supposed to get 1.2mb. Dont get nothing. Different story every time I call.

    After 15 years of being loyal costumer to Eircom, The best advice I have is avoid them like the plague. they are good as long as you don't need them, if you need them they will let you down

    Have to agree. Absolute worst company we have dealt with. Have been waiting for eir to connect home phone broadband tv and mobile since june8th and have been fibbed off repeatedly with lies. KN finally did their job last Wednesday and they said that there should be no delay for eir now but we still haven't heard from eir. Disgraceful and their attitude that the lines belong to them and we have no choice is awful too
