Hey, I need a surveyor that would be free by the end of the week, in D6/D12 area, any recommendations ? And price ranges? Thanks!

    What's it for?
    New house purchase?

    €300-€500 depending on practice

We went with the <snip>. The price was €523 plus vat.
Best money we've spent so far.
It's at the more expensive end of the spectrum due to the age and the extension on our house but it was well worth it.
Our solicitor couldn't get over the level of detail in the survey.
Any questions we've had since, have been followed up, and the advice given has been invaluable.
As an added bonus, Peter, the surveyor, is a lovely man to deal with.

    Recommendations by PM only please.
