Abandoned cars in private carpark

There are two abandoned cars sitting in the carpark of my apartment. I spoke to the building manager about them twice and he said he has meant to do it for a while and will get around to it. He took the responsibilities for the building after the management company went bust and seems to be overly relaxed about the appearance and state of the building.

Supposedly they have been there for over a year and realistically they won't be moved unless someone makes a fuss.

Is there anyone I can contact to move them? I have been told the council won't bother because it's private property.

    Thanks!

Are you an owner or renter?

Because if an owner you have bigger problems than a few abandoned cars in the car park, no management company means no block insurance and other legally required things for your development.

If a tenant all you can do is complain to your landlord and they appear not to care as they are aren't paying maintenance fees for the development.
