Hi everyone, I've owned a Krone 1250 for the past 9 silage seasons and although at the start there was some difficult days where the netting system would not work. These last few years we have really started to get along. However, this season I've encountered something just as annoying as any day the net refused to go around the bale. Its as if the pickup is balling the grass, Causing a blockage. Today in a 5 acre field I had stop 5 times in order to remove this lump that was starting to form before it really grew in size and clogged. I know its not driver error as I've operated balers for a long time. So if anyone can help it would really be appreciated.

was the cut just too light going into it? waas it a crop that should have been raked in to 20 or 30fts to have enough been fed into the baler?

Maybe a problem with the cam track in your pick up or cam bearings gone?

The crop was heavy first cut, with relatively long grass.

I'm thinking it could be can track. Because its as if it just can't carry it far enough to the rotar. I'll investigate further and let you know

Are all the tines in good condition? In the manual it says if the grass is not being fed back into the baler its because the drawbar is set too low.
