Using the ros.ie service I requested a p21. The document I received stated in the "treatment of result" section I was owed 200 odd euro. It stated a cheque for this amount will be issued to you.

I have never delt with tax back before, do I have to do anything else to claim this or will it be automatically posted to my address. If so generally speaking how quickly does this happen. I received the online document on the 7th of this month.

    Thanks.

Were you using ROS or PAYE Anytime? I was under the impression that balancing form was for employees only.

With PAYE Anytime if your bank details are populated they just do a bank transfer, happens really quickly. With the cheque its probably a bit slower but I'd still expect mail this week.

Paye anytime service no longer exists since last month. It's all done through ros.ie online portal. So with the new service I did not have any option for entering ac details... Ah apologies I seem to have posted in wrong board I am a employee not a business owner.
