    Hi,
I would really appreciate some help with a 'needle in a haystack' kind of problem. We are trying to apply for retention for a wall built at the boundary of a road with a new build in the rural midlands. The planners are not happy with the height of the wall - too high in their opinion. In order to plead our case they suggested we find examples of similar walls in a similar setting. So tomorrow I have to drive around the country randomly looking for walls to photograph that might fit the bill! It would be really great if anyone who knows of such examples within an hour of dublin (where we live now until the build is finished).
I am looking for walls that are between 1.4m and 2m high, solid in structure (no railings) and as newly built as possible.
I know I could go on Google maps but really I think driving might actually be quicker and in any case I would have to take the photos in person...
    Many many thanks in advance!!!

Thanks for your reply! Ours is block with a sand and cement finish. Even if your parents one is stone though it might help if you wouldn't mind. Should I pm my email to you?
