Can anyone tell me roughly how much a roof might cost? Looking to build a bungalow (18m x 10m). The roof would be a basic open gable roof. The shape of the house is a basic rectangle so no jutting out sections to roof. Just in the planning stage so don't want to annoy a builder with a quote yet. Living in the midlands, if…
