Aoife vs Carol. Who would win in a scrap?

Aoife vs Carol. Who would win in a scrap?

Aoife. 100%. She has army training and she doesn't have to shout or scream to make her point. Carol is an empty vessel, all snarls and screams but zero substance.

Aoife would have her in a head lock in 2 seconds.

Carol smokes plus never had army training so Aoife.

Plus she'd have those lethal high heals that she can barely walk in all Aoife would have to do is walk a little fast!

Oakley should have gone to Canada to visit his cousin

****ing Aoife, I thought her work brought her back to Carrigstown...???? (after only leaving for about 5 minutes) . Now she's saying she there for Karen......... I need to watch back...

She might have changed her mind like Kevin changed his sexuality over night!

Carol has met her match. And here she goes again with her same old "Ooh I'm so hard, me. Ive met hard nuts that make you look like a teddy bear" cue lighting a fag and her wrinkly chin snarling at the screen, I hope Aoife kills her, what a fcuking waste of oxygen Carol is. 100% past her sell by date.

Correct me if I'm wrong Wanderer but I'm getting the impression that you're not that mad about Carol???

Oh God Fair City ... why do you do this to me ! - I cant wait to tune in tomorrow! (i know I even hate myself for saying that!)

Reminds me of when my mum used to get angry years ago if I phoned her up when Crossroads was on she used to go "oh no, its just coming up to a good bit!" and i used to go "you and your soaps , your obsessed with them, Crossroads is crap!" (I dont think Ireland got Crossroads with wooden actors and wobbly sets but just think FC x 20 times worse) :D

I loved Crossroads and own this. boxset.jpg

    What a stupid story

I might be one of the few on Carols side v's Aoife here. Aoife is being a total b!tch, she was all sweetness and light and is now rising Carol at every opportunity, she was the one who slept with someone's husband!

Am loving seeing Cathal back - he is fantastic. I wonder though will he hook up with Carol, they are supposed to hate each other, but hey we are taking Fair City where the completely unexpected becomes the norm!

And bottles of orange to go with the vodka. Carol drinks the same drink as me though I drink vodka with rockshandy at home but never asked for rockshandy out in a pub cause I doubt they would have it.

Where I'm from they still do rockshandys in the pubs. :)

Yourself and Carol can go on a bit of a session with all that stolen booze from the pub, but don't be surprised if you take a toilet break during the bender and come back to find that she's necked the lot and what was left of your own drink! :D :P

Not just you, Nora wrecks my head. Constantly miserable.

In fact I'd say she's my least favourite character since that woman who went out with Christy, can't think of her name but she was a nun in Father Ted and is in the ad about gas installers with Daniel O'Donnell!

When she got the new hairstyle at Christmas I was thinking, ''great; no more hairband and ponytail'', but as soon as the festive season is over, she's back to the black hairband and the elastic! :D

I wouldn't mind (well I would, but it be more understandable) if she was in Robbie's life from the start but they only met for the first time a couple of years ago and now she's running around playing the interfering mammy! She does my head in.

And where exactly does she live? She's always talking about going home/minding Jack at her place, but she seems permanently stuck around at Robbie's place!

I have to admit, I'm really going to miss Oakley :( He was a completely different sort of character to the usual psychos (mainly Carol's gangland buddies/enemies that I'm sick and tired of) FC throws up and recycles, and he made me laugh with his unique brand of madness.

This whole Kevin storyline has gone from 0-100 in two weeks. He was straight 2 weeks ago and now hes basking in being gay, waaayyy too fast!

Dead right; I'm Team Aoife all the way! :D

Robbie got the pub stocked up pretty fast.. usually the businesses are over to each other to borrow the odd box of wine but he managed to re-stock in a few hours no problem.

After two weeks of Carol walking into places where Robbie and Aoife are Aoife finally realised maybe they should be careful where they are seen together.. She must’ve been in the intelligence core in the army

As everyone on this thread knows, I'm a huge fan of the Fair City scriptwriters and their brilliant, original storylines, and I wouldn't hear a bad word said against them.
    Ahem!
But........ does anyone else here think we could be doing something more productive with our time than watching this total sh*te four times a week?
Doing something useful, like, I dunno, maybe bringing the pet goldfish for a walk or fitting a roof rack on to our motorbike.
For instance, tonight we saw Dr Oakley throw Miriam face-down on a table, and was just about to pound her brains out with a lovely new claw-hammer.
Doc, Doc, what the hell is wrong with you? You had a nice, shiny scalpel and a syringe full of something nasty in your medical bag.
OK, I'm not a doctor, but even I know that a well-placed scalpel slice, or a quick injection with a lethal substance, would have done the same job, without the risk of staining your beautiful tailor-cut suit or your gorgeous Italian footwear.
But oh, no.. The marvellous 'writers' insisted that you hang around long enough to let Emmett barge in, all scruffy jacket, red stubble, and glass 'hit me' jaw.
See, doc, you could have done the job properly. And you would have, too, if it wasn't for that pesky Emmett.
    Will ya never learn?

Carol to Cathal : "Wha'? Sleep with you, Spillane? I'd rather slit my own throat".
Well, funnily enough Carol, I suspect the rest of us would be happy enough if you took that route too.
I think a certain Wanderer 2010 would be elated if you would consider it.......!

Carol is really going OTT getting revenge on Robbie, teaming up with Cathel... Jesus I would have taken him back when he suggested Carol and ( 15 year old Jack) to stay in the house and he'd move out. A crappy bracelet wouldn't impress me.

Dr Oakley escaped from police custody and he ends up in the market with his fully equipped doctors bag! Where did that bag come from?

I think she lives with Sash in that apartment that Carol once lived in years ago, around the time of Lorcan and her gangster boyfriend. I seem to recall a few scenes set there around the time that Sash had stolen that baby, and Doug was fixing their shower or something.

I remember thinking at the time that I'd missed any reference to them living together prior to that.
