Not great that processor is a dog. If that was my budget I'd offer €140 for this and have something 2/3x faster.

Right, I'm going to be that guy, but that laptop is from 2008. And its a budget laptop from 2008 on top of that. I know there is not a lot of choice at the bottom end of the budget laptop market, but I still reckon you could do way better with some careful shopping on Ebay or even through adverts.

Yeah. I bought an Acer one at the beginning of 2008 and was in a similar spec. I would rather prefer a second hand thinkpad of lattitude at a similar price on ebbay, but with a muuuuuch better spec.

You can get i5 refurbs on softwarebilliger.de for close to that price. Green IT should give away that junk to schools for free as they certainly are not bargains at that price.

Sold as seen with no warranty - which would negate 100% of any value of those laptops as they're only worth about €50 2nd hand otherwise. For €130 on adverts or ebay you can get way faster 2nd generation i3/i5 laptops.

I think that somebody is just chancing their arm here.

I'm going to close this thread as its obvious where its going. If you think its a bargain, then fair enough. As with all bargains, buyer beware and make your own decision.
