Non Religious songs

Hi there,

We've a quartet of singers for our small wedding (non religious in hotel). Any suggestions for songs to sing? In particular the last one as the cermony is ending!

No idea if they'd work with your singers, or if it's the kind of thing you'd like, but I had She moved through the fair (had that as my wife came down the aisle

) and Fields of Gold sung at my wedding and they were lovely.

Those are on our list, along with "the voyage" Christy Moore. We're just struggling with one to do at the end. Under orders from a few to pick something lively!

We had "All you need is love" sung by an all make choir - not my choice but crowd liked it.

During the ceremony they sang "Only You" by Yazoo and Beach Boys "God Only Knows"....

I had wanted them to do "Oh L'amour" by Erasure / Dollar but it wasn't in their range really.

We had two friends sing "A Life That's Good" by Lennon & Maisy Stella from the TV show Nashville ..... it'll give you goose bumps, tears and a song that most people won't have heard but will want to know. It'll always remind you of the day...

We had "Best Day of My Life" by American Authors. Very upbeat and sounded well too.
