building a garage

Currently building a garage/shed beside my dwelling house. Shed will be divided in two – one side for car, tools, lawnmower, etc. Will put in a small downstairs toilet and hand basin also. And other side for turf/timber etc.

I will be putting in heavy joicing and in time will be fully kitting out upstairs as kids play area, pool table, dart board, etc.

My question is, do I need to go with any underfloor insulation or is it a wasted luxury. I will be doing a 100ml cavity wall and I intend pumping the cavities in time. Lastly, should I do a radon barrier? And if so, do I need the radon sump or will the barrier be enough in itself.

    Thanks.
