Zavvi account disappeared?

I use zavvi regularly and have had an account there since 2012, and I have 6 or 7 things on order with them, blu rays at 30 quid a pop and a comic book figurine set at 174 euro. I tried to log in there and it said my details are invalid, so I tried to reset my password, and it said there is no account associated with that…

I use zavvi regularly and have had an account there since 2012, and I have 6 or 7 things on order with them, blu rays at 30 quid a pop and a comic book figurine set at 174 euro. I tried to log in there and it said my details are invalid, so I tried to reset my password, and it said there is no account associated with that email. What can I do?

Get onto them about it through facebook, twitter or from their 'contact us' page on the zavvi site.
