Wooden Fence

    One year down in the house and looking to take care of my fencing before the summer ends.

    I've read that painting it should be avoided? Would varnishing be better in the longterm?

    Also could folks suggest what product is best to use.

    no varnish, something breathable from the sadolin range or similar: is timber pressure treated?

    I've put fence life on ours and still good after 21yrs. Reapply every 3-4 yrs
