Where to get high quality plumbing parts?

Looking around for some gate valves of a high quality that won't rust to bits in a few years like those I currently have. Don't mind paying multiples of the price the rubbish in the DIY stores sells for. Any ideas where to get in North Dublin? Would prefer actual shop I can get in tomorrow rather than wait for order online.

I don't want chocolate type valves like these...

Looking for something like this or similarly any recommendations of anything more heavy duty...

I haven't used gate valves in years. You won't beat a good leaver valve

Would they be ok to use externally? Any disadvantages with them over the gate valve? I'd say they would be used maybe once a year at max if even that over their lifetime.

Yeah, Stainless steel ball valve could be the way to go.

I hardly ever buy gate vales anymore, much prefer good lever valves. Only time I still use them is for the balancing valve on a cylinder.

Cheers lads, I got 2 lever valves earlier and have one fitted, much better improvement on the gate valve in speed and strength.
