Hi. I need to replace two steel rims on my 07 Peugeot Partner van, as they are damaged. I am looking at buying them complete with tyres fitted and balanced from eiretyres. Can anyone recommend decent tyres for this van. Size 175/65/R14 C88/90T. I don't do big miles and don't carry heavy loads. Thanks.

Just had a quick look at eire tyres steel rim & tyre package, from what I can see your paying €70 for a rim. Have you priced them in a scrap yard/adverts?

Must check again. They were €45 each earlier. Oponeo are €35 each, but they don't fit and balance.

I work for a courier company and we have a good few Peugeot partners, vw caddys and berlingos. We have them all running on Black Lion Tyres supplied by the tyre centre beside us. Drivers are happy with them and the do good mileage so I'd recommend them. I'd go to any scrap yard to pick up a couple of rims to save a few bob too.

Rang all the scrappies in the County and not one had steels. Ended up buying from Eiretyres with Hankook tyres fitted and balanced. Probably take a few days to arrive.

Received the wheels and tyres from Eiretyres. Fitted, inflated and balanced. Wheels protected both sides with cardboard and wrapped in plastic. Second time ordering from them, very happy with them and the service. Shipped Friday from Germany and arrived with DPD on Wednesday.
