I have a Lidl parkside pressure washer. I've looked it up elsewhere and have come to the conclusion that it takes a lavor lance. Anybody using a snowfoam lance with a lidl washer and what brand are ye using?

Secondly, my paintwork is quite dull and obviously contaminated. I want to try to decontaminate the paintwork and remove some hand prints etc. I already have a machine polisher that I got as a present but what would you guys recommend I get to get me fully started before I go near the polisher.

I had a Lidl pressure washer and I got a snowfoam lance with Lavor fitting from PressureWasherPartsUK. It fitted fine. I also got an angled lance at the time (makes it fierce handy for rinsing the roof and undercarrage). Foam is Bilt Hamber Autofoam. I recently upgraded to a Lavor Best 28 pressure washer and that makes much thicker foam on the same lance at the same settings compared to the Lidl machine.

For the machine polish, I'm still finding me feet with machine polish but some will be along shortly to advise on the machine polish, pads, polish. All I'll say is that I got a scrap door to practice mine on. That was very handy.

What car is it you have as some paints are harder than others (can take a more severe polish)?

Yeah, the Lavor fitting is usually the LIDL machine connection you want.

What machine have you? And as said, what manufacturer car?

    I have a park side 150 machine. Cars are a 99 bmw, 06 Volvo and a 15 BMW.

OK, so you are on the harder end of the paint hardness scale. What machine polisher have you?
