    yep and the front fork and more than likely the rebound aswell.

    What model of suspension is on it?

    Look on you tube etc. You will need to set the sag for your weight, plus there might be adjustments for rebound.

    GMBN is a good place to start.

    If you don't have the ring, a loosely tied small cable tie works for setup.
