I have a the above Back Baller for sale.I bought it as I was suffering tight hamstrings after any effort of of spin. Turns out my setup was wrong which was not effectively distributing my muscle usage. Anyhoo this did help me in recovery for the few times I used it. Its a very sturdy piece of kit and you can get all details from their website (https://www.backballer.com/product/dual-foamroller/). Will let it go for 40 euro (selling for 60) but collection/meetup only as its just not possible to post it.

    Where are you located?

West Dublin/Meath direction. If memory serves you might be a Tipp man? I will be heading that direction in about 3 weeks if that suits

Indeed I am a Tipp man, I can work with that if it doesn't sell.

If it is S.Tipp, Clonmel/Cahir or thereabouts that's fine, not keen on driving to N.tipp to save €20 on a new one.

Dahat,You might be in luck again - I'm on my travels on 15th so we might be able to work something out if it doesn't sell in the meantime :)

How did you discover that your setup was wrong? Bike fit - if so who did you use?

@mp31 - a mate in the club noticed I was sitting incorrectly and constantly adjusting my position after long spins, it was a simple saddle fore adjustment (a couple of attempts) and it did the trick.

@weepsie, the thing I noticed with it (for lower back) is the pressure exerted is derived from your own body weight which means much more precise control of the pressure you want to apply. their website shows the many areas it can be used on. Blanch is just round the corner - my OH laughed at me so hard when she saw it arriving, but she never attempted to use it.

    Would you take 30?

Can't really let it go go less than 35

If that's a price drop to €35 I will take it.

@ray o - since thats an offer I can accept it goes to you first. Did you see my earlier posts about collection only? Where are you based?

    Sorry weepsie.

@Weepsie - I think you should have had the right of reply to the lower price so I am happy for you to take it.

@Luxman - If you don't do the deal now with weepsie I will take it and am just down the road so collection is not an issue.

I'll offer 35 so, but only if you're absolutely sure Ray o, you did technically offer first.

Otherwise if the OH doesn't use it or if I get lazy, I can pass it on to you after

Yes fire away. And I will take you up on that offer if I don't pick one up in the meantime.
