Patricks Cottages Noisy?

I'm interested in renting a cottage in St Patricks Cottages Rathfarnham. However due to lots of bad experiences with noisy/crazy neighbours I am slightly terrified to make that mistake again. Does anyone have live here and can you tell me if the walls are like paper between the property or can you hear your neighbours
