Alba 8" tablet not recognized when I try to connect it to my laptop

    Im trying to connect my friend's new Alba 8" tablet to my new laptop to transfer some music across and keep getting a "USB device not recognized" message.

    Any ideas of how to solve this?

    Try using a different usb. You can get this some times if you are using a cheap cable that is not fully capable of data.
