Replacement windows & external insulation

We are putting new windows in now and are in between two minds about spending the extra €10k or so on external rendering this year. But we will do it. So, if we decide not to do the render this summer:

    1. Should we put the windows into their existing openings or should we get them pushed out so that they are more suitable to applying external rendering in a couple of years time?

    2. If we leave them in the existing opening would too much of the window frame be covered when we apply the external render in the future?

    3. If we push the windows out without applying the render this summer would there be a risk of mould/condensation/damage to walls/windows especially if we use triple glazing?

You might edit this as the title refers to insulation the body refers to rendering so whats what here

If going with EWI and new windows, best to hang windows on outside of outer leaf, maybe too late for that now...

Is the external insulation not covered by render? I'm externally insulating the house, covering it with a render. According [snip] 'External insulation is a consistent layer of insulation which is fixed to exisiting exterior walls using a combination of mechanical fixings and adhesive and finished with a protective weather proof render.'
