Flexible with Holiday destination and date, how to set up flight price alert?

    Myself and my OH want to go on holiday next year, thinking South/North America or Asia.

    We do not have a particular date or time of year in mind so are very flexible.

    Any price alerts I've looked at will send me an email when prices drop below the time I searched for a particular set of airports.

    I am hoping that being so flexible with destination and date we could get a good deal on flights that we could book in the next 12months? Is there anything out there that will let me know when a airline is running a promotion? Or a more indepth flexible price alert service?
