Front Door Alarm Sensor

    Recently had a new front door installed.
    Can't for the life of me get the alarm sensor set up working again.
    The alarm is a verifier 24.
    Any advice?

    Are you sure the problem is not the sensor.
    Id take a picture, disconnect and join the cables to see if this closes off the zone.
