    After an incident like that, the victim's body will be full of adrenaline and endorphin. His condition and behaviour could be very different after a few minutes. And he'll be black and blue after 24-48 hours.

    He didn't see the bus so his body was very relaxed and loose.
    Also there was no kryptonite in the vicinity.
