Electric showers. Different pressures.

    Hi guys. Quick question

I recently had cause to use my brothers electric shower (he's living next door to my place) and couldn't get over how powerful his electric shower was. There's fierce power behind it even when on a very hot setting.
Now I know there's two different type of electric showers, mains and pump fed but surely the showers can only heat so much water per minute.
The problem I have is his shower is an obsolete one "Gainsborough" is the brand. Any advice on an electric shower I could buy that would give me good power, there's barely a trickle coming out of my one

Maybe his cold water tank isnt insulated, so the incoming water was much hotter

If there is a huge difference between the two showers there's two possible differences:
    1. He has a Power Shower rather than a Pumped Electric Shower.
    2. You are only using one of the two elements on the shower or only one works.

Other things will effect them to a lesser degree: different shower heads, ambient temperature of the water in the attic etc but the bottom line is a 9kw shower is a 9kw shower the temperature doesn't differ as such between the showers

Defo not a power shower. Only cold water feed.

Temp is the same but pressure is definetly lower
