Back to school clothing and footwear allowance letters

Hi, I'm a bit concerned that I haven't received a letter saying that we will get the back to school clothing and footwear allowance automatically. We have got these letters the previous years and I have read a few people say they got theirs already. Anybody else got the letter before and still waiting on one now?

If you haven't gotten it by now you need to call them as they were sent last week.
Call them on Monday and they can check if you've been taken off automatic payment for some reason and you can apply again.

we normally get it automatically but no letter yet this time. I know a few people who havnt gotten a letter yet so not too panicked but I'll probably call them on Monday to see if I need to apply for it.

Didnt get a letter either,I phoned them on 14/6 and they told me as my husband had changed from jsa to a fet course that I would have to apply. They sent me out the application form and I had it posted and they received it by the 16/6 I didn't get a text or anything from them but I had sent it by registered post so I knew they received it. I phoned them to see if they got it and after 3 days of looking they found it and phoned to just tell me they received it.

just got my letter this morning so they are definitely still sending them

I phoned them this morning as they received my form on 16/6 but I've yet to get a text from them and when I phoned they couldn't even say if they received my form or when it would be looked at.
Has anyone else that sent in a form received a text?

Just to say got a text Friday to say I was approved and money would be here week ending 14/7

You can post by normal post I was just making sure they recieved mine
