    Hi,
    Two questions, please answer them first before asking me anything else.
    Can I cancel my contract via live chat?
    If not above, can I cancel my contract on the phone?

    You can request a cancellation through our cancellation department over the phone on 1800 303 600.


    I'm afraid our live chat team would not be able to issue this for you and you will be required to call in to request this.
