    Hello all,

Hope it ok to ask this here.

I have a commercial unit with full planning permission granted for restaurant use

Is it necessary to go back and reapply for planning if I want to change something in the plans ? What I mean by something: The kitchen in the original plans its to the back left of the unit, I wish to move it to the back right. We will ensure all ducting is correct, greasetrap etc etc Nothing else will change and all H&S etc will all be 100% adhered to of course.

    Opinions would be appreciated.

Revised Fire cert or letter to BCO may be required

Not necessarily planning assuming floor area/use and externals are the same

    Planning may be ok.
I was involved in a similar development in town and the kitchen was moved from ground floor to basement and it was deemed planning was not required.

Revised fire cert or if you don't have your fire cert yet then just apply for the fire cert and the DAC for the unit with the new kitchen in its new position.
