Where are you planning to park the caravan?

Long gone are the days when you could just weld a few pieces of box together and slap on the back axle from a Model T or Austin A40 and a bit of 3" T section for a tow bar.

This stuff is all licensed and approved these days and you won't get insurance without the certification

If I get the trailer made from professional and it's all legal
Can I go ahead and build my tiny house or do I Get a architect or anyone to check it. I'm a carpenter but know very little about the legal end of it.

You need to sort out planning permission first. Once you have that you can then worry about building.

Where are you going to park the caravan OP?

You will need planning permission in most places (the exception being at a caravan park!)

Also how / where do you plan to service it? Sewer connection? Septic tank? Electricity? Running Water?

Edit: I think there's some specific rules about being able to park it in the driveway of your house for X number of months - someone in the know might clarify.

You can only park an unoccupied caravan/motorhome on your driveway for 9 months, once someone is living in it planning permission is required.

If you want an 18ft trailer, buy a second hand Ifor Williams flat bed, they are rated for 3500kg , it would be cheaper than making one and getting it plated .
