North Derry Super Dexta

I need someone local (North Derry) to have a look over an old Super Dexta i was given. The Engine and the Clutch are not seized (which is a plus) but i think the starter is and the Loom needs replacing. I suppose like everyone i want to fix her on a shoe string budget and try and do most of the work myself. Any suggestions…
