Airbag light on, VSC fault on dash, no fault showing on OBD. Disconnected battery for 15mins, fault still on dash.Anyone got any ideas?

Hard one to diagnose, perhaps have a look under the driver and passenger seats to see that the connectors are not loose, after that your best option is a main dealer to diagnose.

Airbags errors will not show under OBD, need a dealer lever diagnostic tool to get the code

You don't need to take it to the main dealer. A decent independent will be equipped to deal with this.
Disconnecting the battery will not put out the airbag light.
More than likely the other faults are as a result of the airbag light on and will disappear once that's sorted out.
