    Agreed, Spirea Japonica. It would be much improved by the removal of the ash sapling and whatever the other things are, and trimming back after flowering.

    Thanks guys! I went at it today with the clippers and cut it back a bit, it was gone a bit wild.
    Pulled out anything I found that didn't match!
