    I almost died laughing last night watching them use a ultra sound device to put a head on a pint of Guinness.
    Craziest drink idea that i have seen in a long time.
    Has anyone got anything stranger?

    Had one at a funeral in England last year. They have special cans for it. It uses ultrasound to create nucleation and therefore head. Best pint of stout I've had outside Dublin.

    15 years ago you used to get syringes to put a head on a pint: Suck up some of the pint, then squirt it back into the glass and the agitation would create a head. How things change...

    Saw one of these in Japan about 6 years ago. The Guinness from it tasted grand, the same as the traditional way.

    They're used in amateur sports clubs and that type of of place in the UK a lot. Places that can't afford the upkeep on traditional Guinness pipes etc.
