    Hello folks,
A friend of mine was married to a man from Sub-continent, she sponsored her husband after year an half to Ireland but due to serious domestic violence and issuance of safety order from the court, they started living apart after 4 months.  They also have an Irish born child which was delivered during safety order. The husband got access to child and my friend is very concerned of her safety and also that she got conned by this crime where she got abused just to gain entry into the estate. She is filing for divorce but what is the best way forward? Appreciate your legal opinion.
    Thanks, Kasim

    As above.

Unfortunately, your only option is professional legal advice and you (or your friend) should look into finding a solicitor who can deal with your query.
