    OK so I heard somewhere that planning permission had been refused for this development. Its very much in progress according to MKN Property Groups website. Any thoughts ?

    You can find this info on the DCC Planning site.

    The initial application 4242/15 was granted in Feb 2016.

    And in May this year application 2977/17 was submitted for three additional units on the site; this application is still under review with observations still open.

    "The proposed amendments will provide for an additional 3 no. units, increasing the overall number of units within the development from 75 no. to 78 no. residential dwellings (71 no. apartments and 7 no. houses)."

    I was on site recently. RC frame in progress.
